The 2018 Upper Room Conference will be held October 5th and 6th at Freedom Church Baltimore.
What is The Upper Room Conference?
The Upper Room is a different kind of conference, where prayer is the focus and chief activity. There are many good conferences in America but none of them are dedicated to prayer. The Upper Room changes that!
The goal of the Upper Room is to provide two days where believers can come together and purposefully spend a majority of the time in prayer. We believe our greatest need is for God to move in us, our neighborhoods, cities, states and world. When this conference is over, we will have spent more time praying than on anything else. If you believe prayer is our primary strategy and our greatest weapon, then you will love the Upper Room conference and we invite you to join us.
When and where will the 2018 conference be held?
We will gather for prayer the evening of Friday, October 5th from 7 PM to 9 PM. We will then gather again the morning of Saturday, October 6th from 8 AM to 12 PM. The conference will be held at Freedom Church Baltimore, 5310 Hazelwood Avenue, Baltimore, MD, 21206.
A full event schedule can be found here.
What can I expect?
The Upper Room conference will include opportunities for worship and to hear messages that inspire us to pray. However, we are committed to spending the majority of our time in prayer.
The conference will be set up to facilitate an environment of prayer. In light of that, we will have portions of our space dedicated to praying on the ground. We will provide prayer mats and pillows for those who need them. We will also have vendors, ministry teams and resources available to help you, your team and your church pray more effectively.
Is there a cost to attend?
The Upper Room conference is free.
